2026학년도 2학기 지도교수 배정 및 변경에 관한 사항을 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
1. 배정 및 변경 기간
- 기한: 2026. 8. 21.(금) 17:00까지
2. 배정 및 변경 방법
가. 지도교수 배정: 교수님과 사전에 상의하여 승인 받은 후, 영어학전공 사무실로 선정 결과를 알려주시기 바랍니다 별도의 제출 서류는 없습니다.
나. 지도교수 변경: 지도교수를 변경하고자 하는 학생은 교수님과 사전에 상의하여 승인을 받은 후, 「지도교수 변경 신청서」를 작성하여 기한 내 영어학전공 사무실로 원본을 제출하시기 바랍니다.
※ 기존 지도교수와 신규 지도교수의 승인이 모두 필요합니다.
3. 유의사항
- 8. 21.(금) 이후에는 추가 선정 및 변경이 불가합니다. 다음 지도교수 선정 및 변경 기간은 2027년 2월에 예정되어 있습니다.
- 대학원 규정에 따라 2학기 이내에 반드시 지도교수를 선정하여야 합니다.
- 2026학년도 2학기 연구조교(RA) 신청 예정 학생은 반드시 지도교수가 배정되어야 합니다.

1. Selection and Change Period
- Deadline: 5:00 PM on Friday, August 21, 2026
2. How to Select or Change Your Academic Advisor
A. Selecting an Academic Advisor: Students who have not yet selected an academic advisor should first contact and discuss the matter with the professor they would like to have as their academic advisor. Once the professor agrees to be your academic advisor, please notify the Department of English Language office. No additional documents are required.
B. Changing Your Academic Advisor: Students who wish to change their current academic advisor must complete the Academic Advisor Change Form and submit the original hard copy to the Department of English Language office by the deadline.
※ Approval from both your current academic advisor and your new academic advisor is required.
3. Important Notes
- There will be no additional period for selecting or changing an academic advisor after the August 21 deadline. The next selection and change period is scheduled for February 2027.
- According to university regulations, students must select an academic advisor by the end of their second semester.
- Important: Students who wish to apply for a Research Assistant (RA) position for the Fall 2026 semester must have an academic advisor.
If you have not yet selected an academic advisor or wish to change your current academic advisor, please complete the required process by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 21, 2026.
