외국인 대학원생을 위하여 다음과 같이 서식 작성 방법을 안내드리오니, 각종 서식 작성 시 참고하시기 바랍니다.

□ 유의사항

 1. 대학, 학과 및 전공 명칭은 반드시 공식 명칭을 사용하여 작성하시기 바랍니다. 임의 축약 및 임의 변경은 불가합니다.

 2. 학위과정(석사, 박사, 석·박사통합)을 정확하게 확인한 후 작성하시기 바랍니다.

 3. 모든 서류는 반드시 원본으로 제출하시기 바랍니다.

 4. 서명이 필요한 서류는 반드시 본인이 직접 서명한 후 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 서명이 누락된 서류는 접수 불가합니다.

 5. 날짜는 학과에서 일괄 작성하므로 기재하지 않은 상태로 제출하시기 바랍니다.

 6. 서류 제출 전 작성 내용의 정확성 및 누락 여부를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 7. 모든 서류는 정해진 제출 기간 내에 제출하여야 하며, 제출 기간 종료 후에는 추가 접수가 불가합니다.

 8. 서류 작성에 어려움이 있는 경우에는 작성 가능한 부분까지 먼저 작성한 후 관련 서류를 지참하여 학과사무실로 방문하여 주시기 바랍니다.

    서류를 전혀 작성하지 않은 상태로 방문하는 경우에는 도움을 드리지 않습니다.

To assist international graduate students, the following guidelines are provided for completing university forms. Please review them carefully before submitting any documents.

□ Important Notes  

 1. Use the official names of your college, department, and major. Abbreviations, unofficial names, or modified versions are not permitted.

 2. Verify your degree program (Master's, Doctoral, or Integrated Master's and Doctoral Program) before completing any forms.

 3. All documents must be submitted in their original form.

 4. Any document requiring a signature must be signed by the student before submission. Documents with missing signatures will not be accepted.

 5. Leave the date field blank. All dates will be completed by the department office.

 6. Before submission, carefully review all documents to ensure that the information provided is accurate and that no required fields have been left blank.

 7. All documents must be submitted within the designated submission period. Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

 8. If you have difficulty completing a form, complete as much of it as possible before visiting the department office and bring all relevant documents with you.

    Students who visit the office without completing any portion of the form will not receive assistance with form completion.
